Your car's eyes, aimed exactlywhere they belong.
Lane keeping, automatic braking and blind-spot alerts rely on cameras and radar behind your windshield and bumpers. After a repair, they need to be scanned and calibrated to spec.
A small error growsfast at highway speed.
Driver-assistance sensors are aimed to within fractions of a degree. A camera that's slightly off after a windshield replacement, or a radar nudged by a minor bumper hit, can place the lane or the car ahead in the wrong spot, sometimes without any warning light.
We scan every car before and after repair to find stored fault codes, then perform static calibrations with targets on a level floor and dynamic calibrations on the road, following each manufacturer's procedure. You get a calibration report for your records and your insurer.
Scans & ADAS calibration
- Forward camera calibration

- Surround-view cameras
- Parking sensors
- Pre- and post-repair scans
How we do it.
The same four stages on every car, documented with photos you get by text.
Pre-scan
We read every module for stored codes before work begins.
Set up
The car is centered on a level floor and targets are placed to the manufacturer's measurements.
Calibrate
Static calibration with targets, dynamic calibration on the road, or both.
Post-scan & report
A final scan confirms no faults, and you get the report.
Signs it's timeto get it looked at.
Not sure? Stop by. A look and a scan are free, and we'll tell you honestly if it can wait.

- Sensors that quit after another shop's repair
Do I need calibration after a windshield replacement?
If your car has a forward-facing camera, almost always. Most automakers require it.
Does insurance pay for calibration?
When the repair requires it, calibration is part of the covered repair. We include it on the estimate with the manufacturer's documentation.
How long does it take?
Usually one to three hours, depending on the vehicle and whether it needs static, dynamic or both.
