Straight isa number,not a guess.
Structural damage is measured against the automaker's dimensions with computerized 3D measuring, pulled back into tolerance on the bench, and verified with a printout you keep.
Why a few millimetersmatter so much.
A modern car's unibody is its safety cage. If key points are even a few millimeters out, doors may not seal, tires wear unevenly, the car pulls, and the crumple zones won't absorb the next impact the way they were engineered to.
We anchor the car to a straightening bench, attach measuring targets to factory reference points, and compare them with the manufacturer's specifications. Then we pull, re-measure and repeat until every point is within tolerance. Parts the manufacturer says must be replaced rather than straightened are replaced, and welded or bonded per procedure.
Frame & unibody
- Bent frame rails and aprons
- Unibody and pillar damage
- Suspension mounting points
- Core support and rail sectioning
- Post-accident alignment problems
- Pre-purchase structural checks
How we do it.
The same four stages on every car, documented with photos you get by text.
Measure
Dozens of underbody points are measured in 3D and compared to factory data.
Anchor
The car is clamped to the bench at its pinch welds so it can't shift.
Pull
Controlled hydraulic pulls move each point back toward its specification.
Verify
Re-measured, printed, aligned and road tested before delivery.

Signs it's timeto get it looked at.
Not sure? Stop by. A look and a scan are free, and we'll tell you honestly if it can wait.
- The car pulls even after an alignment
- Uneven or fast tire wear
- Doors or trunk out of line
- Visible kinks underneath
- Steering wheel sits off-center
- A past accident on the vehicle history
Is a car with frame damage ever the same?
When it's measured and repaired to the manufacturer's specifications, yes. That's why we measure before and after and give you the numbers.
Will frame damage total my car?
Not necessarily. It depends on repair cost versus the car's value. We'll walk through the numbers with you and your adjuster.
Do you check the alignment?
Every structural repair ends with a four-wheel alignment check so the car tracks straight.
